Publishing​/Production Assistant

for a college grad with an industry leader in sports publishing! We will consider applicants with one to five years of relevant experience.

• Troubleshooting client supplied material in preparation for both print and digital pubs
• Proofreading publications for final print
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track deadlines and status
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be able to meet all project deadlines
• Work effectively with teammates

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
  Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge and Adobe Acrobat
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Excel and Microsoft Office
• Relevant knowledge of print production
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal design, editorial and art teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Familiarity with book production and prepress process

We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance. Our compensation is $45, per year.
