Intake Client Specialist (English / Spanish Speaking Required)Our fast‑paced Property Damage and Personal Injury Law Firm in Hollywood, FL is growing, and we are seeking to hire an experienced full‑time Client Intake Specialist. We are accepting applications on a rolling basis.
We help clients in emotionally difficult periods and aim to help them make their lives better. Our Intake Specialist provides the ultimate telephone experience, combining telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to guide clients toward a better future using our services. This role involves administrative duties related to customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.

Responsibilities- Work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment, remaining creative, organized, and effective.
- Handle multiple tasks and cases concurrently, keeping track of key dates, informing stakeholders, and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Convey confidence on the phone and set a positive tone at the start of each client call.
- Show empathy, putting clients at ease during their difficult times.
- Treat every client, case, or task with the same care and compassion regardless of the time or day.
- Understand the importance of deadlines and deliver quality work on time.
- Operate proficiently in Microsoft Office and perform database entry.
- Switch gears quickly and think on your feet.
- Follow instructions and uphold policies and procedures.
- Generate creative solutions to workplace problems.
- Law firm experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable computer user with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Go‑getter with a strong work ethic.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Inbound sales experience is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Mastery of calendars and scheduling.
