Customer Relations Representative with Nancy Wolfe-Smith Insurance Agency. You will generate exceptional customer experiences, resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.

Compensation $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
