Guest Ambassador

Oversee, an award winning vacation rental management company along the Emerald Coast, is looking for a Guest Ambassador to join their Grayton Office. As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the face of the company and will work closely with guests to create exceptional experiences for them. You will quote, book, and follow-up with guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that each guest feels welcome and taken care of during their stay.

• Create exceptional experiences for guests by providing excellent customer service
• Manage guest reservations, including booking, check-in, and check-out procedures
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always clean and well-maintained
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about local attractions and amenities
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote Oversee's properties and services

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
