Pines Lincoln is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist / Customer Service professional to join our team in Pembroke Pines FL. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients managing front desk operations and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage and coordinate front desk activities
  • Assist customers with inquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency with phone systems and basic office software
