Job Description
** We are currently hiring a part-time Ticket Office Representative at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, located in Jupiter, FL.
***
* Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Sell individual game tickets to walk-up customers
* Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails
* Assist customers with any questions regarding tickets or seat information
* Assist customers with any digital ticketing needs
** Experience
Required:
*** Must possess good communication skills
* Must be comfortable working with a computer
* Must have exceptional customer service qualities
* Must pay attention to details
* Digital ticketing knowledge a plus
* Must be able to adhere to all company policies
* ** Must pass a drug test and background check**
* ** Must have personal transportation with valid driver's license
**** Schedule**:
* Part-time, seasonal
* 2-3 days per week
* 4 hours per day
*
* Start Date:
** February 2026
** End Date:
** September 2025
