Rick Sanchez, our agency owner, is a graduate of Saint Thomas University, where he played Division I collegiate baseball. He is passionate about making a difference in the lives of his team and clients and supports charities such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish and follow up on customer relationships.
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
