We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and help our enterprise customers maximize their value from Radion. You'll be the primary point of contact for our key accounts, ensuring they achieve their goals while driving expansion opportunities.
In this role, you'll work directly with engineering teams at top companies to help them discover and hire exceptional talent through our platform.
What you'll do- Manage relationships with enterprise customers and key accounts
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful platform adoption
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers
- Identify expansion opportunities and upsell additional services
- Collaborate with product team to communicate customer feedback
- Create and maintain customer success playbooks and documentation
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience working with enterprise B2B customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with SaaS products and business models
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in HR tech or recruiting industry
- Understanding of developer hiring processes
- Experience with customer success metrics and analytics
- Familiarity with technical recruiting challenges
- Previous startup experience
