Join Domino’s Pizza at 1544 Broadway as a Customer Service Representative. Our CSRs are the first contact with customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with order taking, in‑store duties, and learning the pizza delivery business.

CSRs earn a competitive hourly base pay of $16.00, gaining valuable experience and the possibility of moving into management through the Management Development Program.

The role works primarily on weekends and evenings, making it ideal for after‑school, second, summer, or part‑time work. Schedules are flexible and we work to accommodate your availability.

Domino’s promotes from within. Many General Managers started as drivers or CSRs. This position offers a pathway to advance within the company.

Responsible for front‑counter customer service, order entry, teamwork in a fast‑paced environment, and occasional in‑store support tasks.

• Standing for extended periods.
• Walking on tile or linoleum surfaces.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Stooping, bending, crouching and reaching for inventory work.
• Using powered tools such as computers, telephones, pizza cutters, and pizza peels.

• Valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Team player able to work under high‑pace stress.
• Strong multitasking and customer‑concern response skills.
• Capability to follow Domino’s policies and procedures.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Basic computer skills are helpful.
