• Greeting clients upon entrance and exit of the spa and seeing to their individual needs.
• Booking appointments via telephone and in-person on Book4time scheduling system.
• Keeping retail & spa areas organized and presentable.
• Confirming appointments on a daily basis via telephone & email.
• Assisting with regularly scheduled inventory count.
• Maintaining knowledge of spa services, products, and technicians.
• Collecting, assessing, and organizing client database.

• Proactive, with excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• LQA, Forbes knowledge a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work with high volume.
• Luxury spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Computer savvy; previous knowledge of Book4time and Opera software platforms preferred.
• Flexible schedule. Must be able to work early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Most importantly, friendly, polished and positive personality.
• Team player adaptable in a team setting.
• Takes initiative when necessary.
• Ability to stand for several hours daily.

• Full medical and dental coverage after 90 days.
• 10% commission on retail sales.
• Paid time off and sick days.
• Starting salary: $26.00 hourly, negotiable depending on experience.
