We are seeking a few exceptional people to assist with all spa activities including front desk. You should be energetic and detail oriented! Attention to detail is crucial. You will be providing guests with 5 star customer service. Duties include greeting guests, gathering intake information, taking payment with emphasis on rebooking upon checkout. Assist with social media posting and correspondence. Strong sales and teaching experience helpful to educate guests on services and products.

You would also be handling telephone inquiries and heavy scheduling of appointments utilizing an online salon booking software. Inventory, distribution of products to staff, restocking, light cleaning of reception area. Must be able to lift packages up to 25lbs, walk up 1 flight of stairs.

• Full and part time available, nights and weekends required.

• Assist with all spa activities including front desk
