Overview

Client Service Healthcare Associate (Class of 2026) – New York, NY

The Client Service team connects Guidepoint’s clients with subject-matter experts to better inform their business decisions. They take the time to understand each client’s specific research needs and deliver the experts closest to the topic, often within hours.

Responsibilities
  • Understand each client’s unique business questions and identify the experts who can best provide the answers.
  • Find and recruit new experts into the Guidepoint network (over 1,750,000 advisors) and determine which ones are best suited to speak with the client.
  • Screen experts to determine suitability for each client project and develop professional profiles to present to clients.
  • Work with Project Managers to develop strategies for satisfying client project requests.
  • Identify the best leads and invite them to join the network to participate in consultations with clients.
  • Utilize Linked In, press releases, case studies, and the internet to find experts who can answer clients’ strategic or investment questions.
Experience You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic track record
  • Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars
Skills You Will Bring
  • Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation type of role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
What We Offer

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly bonus of up to $4,000 based on performance.
