** Base Pay** **:**  $21 / hour (depending on experience)

** Customer Service Representatives
** to handle customer inquiries through phone, email and chat. We are looking for organized, levelheaded, patient candidates with the ability to multi-task! Must be motivated, computer literate, highly organized with great follow up skills, and love to deal with people!
** Must have experience working in office environment**. A typical day involves answering inbound phone calls, scheduling appointments, calming clients (pest control is an emotional business!) and following up with clients and technicians. During the colder months, we average 200-300 calls per day with higher volumes during the Spring and Summer. Call Center experience preferred. Knowledge of the 5 boroughs and transit system is required.

No pest knowledge is not necessary, we will train. Experience in the Tree & Lawn field and/or Pest Pac Software is a plus.
