Responsibilities
  • Work cooperatively with the service and parts teams
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with service appointment inquiries
  • Handle customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
  • Accurately calculate and collect payments for service repairs, including cash and credit card
  • Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
  • Review final repair orders for accuracy and ensure proper documentation is completed
  • Assist service advisors with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized and clean cashier workspace
  • Uphold dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
