Brooklyn Audiology Associates is seeking professional and motivated Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidates will have a passion for resolving customer issues, previous experience in customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Successful individuals will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
As the first point of contact with patients, responsibilities include building trust and loyalty, engaging with patients to ensure exceptional care, managing communication via phone, email, and chat, and scheduling. Exceptional telephone skills are REQUIRED. Russian speaking is a PLUS. The candidate should aim to provide 5-Star Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Answer calls professionally and act as the first contact for customer questions.
- Address questions regarding hearing loss (training provided).
- Troubleshoot customer issues and create patient opportunities. Proven sales experience is a PLUS.
- Willingness to travel to all 3 offices:
Bay Ridge, Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn Heights.
Requirements:
- College degree (preferred).
- Experience in medical practice or healthcare front office (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle tense situations.
- English and Russian speakers are preferred.
