Overview
Concierge/Patient Liaison position at Pinnacle Multicare Center. This role involves greeting patients and visitors, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the facility.
Base pay range$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
ScheduleBetween 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Full-Time), must be flexible
Work Week Options:
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Monday to Friday with Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities- Patient and Visitor Assistance:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide assistance with general inquiries.
- Escort patients and visitors to their destinations within the facility as needed.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate the needs of patients and visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient interactions and inquiries.
- Safety and Security:
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow established protocols for visitor access and identification.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to service delivery.
- Vacations: 2 weeks
