Location: New YorkJob Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Work Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote (field work not required)
Responsibilities:
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emailsIdentify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMeet personal and team quotasAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeLocation: 50 Water Street, FL 7, Metroplus Health Plan
Shift Notes: Shift Time - 9 AM to 5 PM, required to work 1 Saturday a month (9 AM - 5 PM). Rotation on 1 late night alternate weeks of 12-8 PM with flexibility.
Language Requirements: Must be Bilingual with the following languages (Two or more):
