What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a customer service liaison for the Occupational Medicine Team, managing contacts through multiple channels
  • Triage calls and emails to appropriate team members, including Sales, Operations, and Billing
  • Resolve customer problems by clarifying complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with contacts
  • Collaborate with Operations site staff to assist with employer needs and troubleshoot issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Public Health, or related field preferred
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong understanding of Occupational Medicine services and ability to communicate effectively
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to project enthusiasm
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
