Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue, located at 685 54th Street at the center of New York City’s premier Fifth Avenue retail shopping corridor. The site is a short walk from Central Park and landmarks such as Rockefeller Center, the Museum of Modern Art, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Featuring 65 spacious apartments, residents enjoy a luxurious lifestyle with exquisite interiors, a rooftop pool, fitness and wellness center, and private dining.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Residences, Fifth Avenue, in New York City, the Residential Concierge is responsible for overall Resident and colleague satisfaction by providing 5-Star services. The Residential Concierge reports to the Director of Residences.

• Maintain an updated database with city highlights and recommendations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of city and building amenities.
• Proactively anticipate residents’ needs and preferences.
• Record all requests, reservations, and confirmations accurately.
• Know residents by name and be aware of all in-house and arriving residents.
• Arrange packages, tickets, reservations, and transportation for residents.
• Provide personalized, attentive service and follow-up on requests.
• Develop relationships with local restaurants, attractions, and service providers.
• Maintain detailed records of all resident interactions and requests.
• Ensure the lobby and concierge desk uphold a high standard of presentation and cleanliness.
• Answer calls promptly using the Forbes 5-star standard phrase.
• Assist in coordinating services that promote the maintenance and upkeep of residents’ homes.
• Perform other activities as directed by management.

• Luxury hotel or condominium concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Multilingual abilities.
• First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Knowledge of Building Link system and other relevant software.

• Strong knowledge of NYC restaurants, entertainment, and attractions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay $31.35 hourly with a competitive benefits package.
