The primary role of a Luxury Leisure Travel Specialist at Ovation Network is to wholly support two of our Independent Advisors delivering exceptional luxury travel services for the Independent Advisors’ clients. Our Leisure Assistant will assist with integrating bespoke luxury travel arrangements using Sabre, AXUS, and Client Base travel applications. This PT position is onsite in the NYC location and will report directly to the Independent Advisors.

• Hours of Operation and shift available: 9:00am-5:30pm ET, 2-3 business days a week.
• Responsible for all aspects of crafting unique itineraries to include custom air, hotel, car, tours, recreational activities, unique events, etc., with all necessary documentation.
• Ensure documents for clients are complete and creatively presented, suitable for print as well as mobile app.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the Independent Advisors and discerning travelers.

• Knowledge and experience working in luxury leisure travel, with a specific focus on international honeymoons
• Minimum 5 years Sabre (booking & ticketing) experience
• AXUS and Client Base experience
• College degree, preferably in Travel & Tourism or related field
• Experience working as part of a team
• Passion for excellence in client service
• Exceptional professional communication, written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with the ability to act with integrity regarding personal and confidential traveler information
• Capable of researching independently and/or with vetted suppliers.

US national base salary range for this position is from $39,200.00 – $72,800.00. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
