Location: New York
We are looking for an E‑Commerce Operations Coordinator, who is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of the company's online order fulfillment and customer experience. This individual will manage incoming orders from the brands website and third‑party delivery partners, ensure accurate and timely picking and packing, and serve as a frontline point of contact for customer service needs.
This role is critical to delivering a seamless, warm, and reliable digital shopping experience that reflects our brand values. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, personable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
- Pick and prepare e‑commerce orders as they are received through the company website and third‑party partners (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all outgoing orders.
- Monitor incoming orders and manage workflow efficiently during peak volume periods.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for e‑commerce customer inquiries and issues.
- Respond to customer needs with warmth, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Proactively resolve order issues, delivery challenges, or product concerns as they arise.
- Maintain a highly organized work environment to support speed and accuracy.
- Follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams when issues or patterns arise.
- Prior experience in e‑commerce operations, retail operations, fulfillment, or customer service preferred.
- Experience working with online ordering platforms and/or third‑party delivery services a plus.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role that requires standing, moving, and multitasking throughout the day.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Efficient, reliable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong customer‑first mindset.
- High degree of personability; warm and approachable communication style.
- Able to read, speak, and write English clearly and professionally.

Compensation:
