What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with the employer's platform
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the employer's team
  • Empower customers by connecting their goals and challenges with solutions available through the employer's software
  • Manage onboarding for new accounts and develop client success and engagement plans
  • Lead online webinars and consultations to educate customers on product features
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting experience
  • BA or BS degree
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Some travel for customer visitation
