Job Opportunity In Customer Service
Our client is looking for Fluent English speakers to join the customer service team and be the friendly face that welcomes new customers to their sustainable luxury fashion brand!
In this role, your positivity, organization, and passion for sustainable fashion will shine as you manage key tasks in Customer Care, Logistics, and General Administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to use your expertise in customer service and logistics while making an impact in the world of sustainable fashion.
Logistics:
- Ensure smooth delivery of online orders by coordinating with logistics partners.
- Manage orders: booking, scheduling, and tracking deliveries.
- Oversee our try-on service: liaise with lenders and renters, schedule deliveries, and handle payments.
- Coordinate dry-cleaning logistics and communication.
Customer Care:
- Be the first point of contact via phone, email, Whats App, and Instagram.
- Respond to inquiries from lenders and renters, providing support and escalating issues when needed.
- Help with Instagram customer service: gather contact details, start Whats App groups, and send welcome messages.
- Manage Instagram engagement: follow/unfollow accounts to grow our community.
General Administration:
- Assist with data entry, research, and general admin tasks.
- Product uploads and approval.
- Support scheduling and other day-to-day activities to keep things running smoothly.

Skills:
Strong verbal and written English skills with the ability to adapt messaging based on customer needs and scenarios. - Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and operational tasks simultaneously.
