Automotive Service Cashier​/Receptionist

Jeep, Dodge Ram is now hiring an energetic, outgoing self starting reliable service cashier / receptionist. Must have excellent customer service skills.

• The Cashier is responsible for receiving/processing payments for services rendered, assisting with answering the phones, booking appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner
• Ensures excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction
• Schedules service for customers either in person or on the phone
• Takes detailed, accurate messages
• Verifies customer appointments and all relevant customer information (name, phone number, VIN, mileage, etc.)
• Greets customers with a friendly, professional attitude, answering any questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person or location
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Files, scans & retrieves repair orders
• Prepares deposits and maintains a cash management system
• Completes daily deposit
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be dependable and follow assigned work schedule
• Must be able to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task
• Basic knowledge of computers a must
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Excellent telephone skills
• Cash handling experience
• Rotating Saturday
• Must pass a drug test and a background check
