From helping guests find the perfect keepsake to sharing exciting products and experiences, you'll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable.

We're looking for energetic, friendly, and commercially minded team members who love engaging with guests, driving sales, and creating an outstanding customer experience. If you're passionate about retail, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fun environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Must be 18 years of age or older for the role

Previous retail, sales, or commercial experience is preferred

Holiday availability is a big plus!

Ready to learn and grow? Team members may be cross-trained in other areas of the attraction, including Admissions, Food & Beverage, and Guest Operations based on business needs.

About You

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
