Customer Care Representative

Pioneer Telephone is a leader in the rural telecommunications and cellular industry. The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by assisting them with a wide array of service, billing and technically related inquiries, questions and concerns in a professional, courteous manner. The Care Center is operated from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.

This position consists of a 40-hour workweek, applicant must be able to work 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. which includes rotating Saturday's.

• This is not an entry-level job. Previous customer service is a must. Phone skills are imperative.

• Solutions oriented and resourceful, with poise and composure in the midst of stressful or heated situations and the ability to think quickly and analytically in meeting the moment while staying focused on larger goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills
