Culligan by Water Co in Troy, NY is seeking a Service/Route Coordinator to help schedule service calls, coordinate routes for field technicians, and support customer inquiries. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm, from our Troy office and may support both locations.
You will manage inbound/outbound calls, set up customer accounts, process invoices and work orders, and monitor daily workload to improve efficiency. Strong communication and Excel/CRM experience preferred.
