You’re great at making people feel comfortable, asking the right questions, and spotting opportunities to help a customer more fully. At Dalton McCarthy Agency
, you’ll help new clients get settled, ensure existing clients understand their coverage, and strengthen relationships that last for years.
As our Client Onboarding & Service Rep
, your day will include welcoming new clients after they purchase a policy, walking them through their policy, and identifying additional coverage that genuinely makes sense for their needs. You’ll also conduct renewal reviews with existing clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and occasionally jump in to support the customer service team when needed. Much of your work will happen over the phone, email, and text, so clear communication and a personable approach matter.
The agency was purchased in January 2025 after its owner spent years as the operating manager. Since then, he and the team have built a productive, reputable agency with a strong focus on clear expectations, open communication, and giving employees the freedom and support to accomplish their goals. You’ll have an open-door leader, hands-on support, and a clear path to grow into a Customer Service Manager role.
The pay is $20-$25 per hour based on experience
, with bonus opportunities, PTO, paid holidays, and a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off.
If you want to build strong client relationships and grow with an agency that invests in its people, we’d love to meet you.
