Call Center Representative- Jacobi Hospital

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Call Center Representative.

Position type: Contract

Duration: 2-3 months

Location: Bronx, NY 10461

• Customer Service Professional who handles incoming and/or outgoing calls.
• Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

• Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
• High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
• 1 yr of Call Center and Payroll Timekeeping experience in call center environment required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
• Active listening provides full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
• Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issues and find effective solutions.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Referral Bonus: $250-$1000 dollars.

Pay Range*: $28 - $30/per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
