Niural Inc. is seeking a Benefits Customer Success Specialist in the United States to manage renewals, enrollment, and employee inquiries, ensuring smooth plan implementation and ongoing support.
The ideal candidate is a licensed benefits broker in at least one state, highly organized, with strong communication skills and experience handling client relationships and internal workflows across benefits products including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, and 401(k). Salary ranges 65k–85k.
