Customer Service Representative Mexican Foods Distributor

Job Description Best Mexican Foods is looking for a motivated, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and supporting sales and operations teams. This role ensures accurate and timely communication to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, or online systems.
• Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.

• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, services, and deliveries.
• Resolve complaints and escalation complex issues to management when necessary.

• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate changes or delays to customers proactively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports as required.

5 days per week, generally Monday through Friday, with some Sunday availability.

$22 per hour

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required; food service or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
