The New York Historical seeks a part-time Visitor Services Supervisor to oversee admissions, coat check, and the call center. You will report to the Director of Visitor Services and supervise 15–20 staff, while training new hires and coordinating daily operations on Fridays through Sundays.
This role emphasizes accurate cash handling, outstanding customer service, and clear communication with the public and coworkers in a busy museum setting. Up to 24 hours weekly.
