Host, Customer Service​/HelpDesk, Customer Service Rep

Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits our club. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join our team.

- Greet and welcome members and guests warmly upon arrival

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area

- Communicate effectively with the dining staff to coordinate seating and service

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the club’s amenities and services

- Assist with maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy periods

- Uphold the club’s standards of professionalism and hospitality

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Experience with reservation and point-of-sale systems preferred
