Service BDC Agent – Full Time
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Join a Winning Team in Our Service BDC! We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. Our Service BDC is an important part of our dealership and plays a key role in keeping our customers connected with our Service Department. We are committed to developing our employees and promoting from within whenever possible.
What You'll Do:- Answer incoming dealership and service department phone calls
- Professionally transfer calls to the appropriate department or employee
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly
- Make outgoing calls to customers regarding their vehicle service needs
- Contact customers to schedule service appointments
- Follow up with customers and help generate additional service business
- Assist customers with questions and provide a positive first impression of our dealership
- Document customer interactions accurately in our systems
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and the Service Department
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude on every call
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous BDC, call center, automotive, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch
