Responsibilities:- Issue Management: Address and resolve pickup and delivery issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve a variety of issues, thinking critically to develop innovative solutions.
- Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and support requests throughout the day, prioritizing issues based on urgency and customer impact.
- Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned throughout the resolution process.
- Organization: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring information is easily accessible for future reference.
- Feedback Receptiveness: Actively seek and respond to feedback from team members and supervisors to enhance personal performance and contribute to team success.
- Preferred background in logistics, customer service, or sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Professional and positive demeanor

- Full training provided – no experience required

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 USD per hour (Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, US)
