Client Relationship Manager
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring they receive timely updates, support, and guidance throughout their journey with us. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, communicative, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities
- Organized and detail‑oriented with follow‑up discipline
- Comfortable with client calls, meetings, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
- Experience in the immigration, education, or service industry is a plus
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client tracking tools
