Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Booking Specialist to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in customer service. As a Client Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' bookings, from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
• Understand clients' travel preferences and requirements to create customized itineraries
• Research and book flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation for clients
• Negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients
• Process payments and manage client invoices
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
• Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during a client's trip and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and GDS systems
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn about new destinations and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed

This is a full-time position based in New York City. The Client Booking Specialist will work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, some flexibility may be required to accommodate clients' needs. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
