Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service.
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
- Process pickup, and delivery orders accurately.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Communicate customer orders clearly with the kitchen team.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
- Keep the front counter clean and organized.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a computer and POS system.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Paid training — No Restaurant experience required.
