Looking for a highly trained and skilled Customer Service Lead to help deliver World Class Customer Service. The Crisp Cannoli Bakery & Cafe in East Greenbush, NY is looking for a service leader with proven experience to join our 19 person strong team. We are located on 1 Springhurst Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

• Lead our Customer Service team and help grow customer satisfaction
• Answer any questions the staff may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Develop current and new staff to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Create and train standard operating procedures

• 5+ years experience with verifiable references/contacts
• Friendly attitude and ability to train, guide and implement process improvement
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers or employees may have
• Outstanding communication skills with customers
• Deliver World Class Service every day to employees and customers
