This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who must possess excellent customer relations skills accompanied with good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Work the overnight shift to ensure administrative and maintenance work is being completed efficiently.
• Customer Service (phone and in-person)
• Review and prepare documents as needed.
• Handle incoming calls as well as customer contact via email, phone, fax, etc.
• Assist in inventory duties (daily, weekly, monthly and annually)
• Process rentals (checking in and giving out)
• Documenting damage to trucks that are returned
• Fueling the customer trucks as they come in
• Additional duties as needed

• Ability to multi-task essential
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other PC skills are essential
• Possess excellent customer relations skills
