This is primarily a community outreach, workforce development, and employment assistance role

- Community Outreach / Resident Engagement – Experience conducting outreach activities and recruiting participants for community programs.
- Workforce Development / Employment Services – Experience helping unemployed or underserved individuals access job training, employment opportunities, and career services.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and passion for serving NYCHA residents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent data entry skills.
- Past related professional experience, in community outreach, pre-screening, employment and retention or case management for job training or job readiness programs.
- Ability to independently and as part of a team.
