Dental Assistant

! You’ll work side-by-side with doctors, help create confident smiles, and keep our patients comfortable and cared for. If you’re upbeat, organized, and ready to make a difference every day — we want to meet you!

• Performs sterilization procedures following protocols set in accordance with established guidelines.
• Prepares dental equipment and instrumentation - tray set-ups for dental procedures.
• Obtains diagnostic records ordered by a dentist including X-Rays, intra-oral scans/photos, and alginate impressions.
• Provides direct patient care under the direct supervision of a dentist.
• Creates entries in patients' medical records as directed by the treating dentist.
• Provides patient education including care instructions.
• Performs basic lab duties including the fabrication of Essix retainers.
• Prepares and documents lab cases ensuring timely delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of dental terminology, techniques, and procedures.
• Compliance with continuing education requirements to maintain state license/certification (if applicable).
• Proficiency in dental software and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Pay range starting at $20.00 an hour; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.

Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices may be required.

Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm).
