We are excited to announce a Full-Time opening for the position of Financial and Insurance Coordinator at our Orthodontic office. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial management and insurance processing in an Orthodontic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Managing patient insurance verification and claims submission.
- Coordinating financial arrangements and payment plans with patients.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients regarding their financial inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Assisting in the implementation of office policies and procedures related to financial and insurance matters.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in dental management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
