SNF Marketer - (Outside Liaison)

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Marketer who would like to join our ever-growing team. This position requires an upbeat and innovative personality who can think outside the box with a strong desire to achieve results in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities:

Market the facility to hospital care management teams and to the community.

Possess knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and major insurances.

Review PRIs.

Familiarity with Federal/NYS skilled nursing facility regulations & reimbursement systems.

Develop and foster relationships with prospective families.

Maintain an excellent rapport and provide support to care management departments regarding resident recommendations for patient care as necessary.

Coordinate all Admissions and oversee the Admissions Department when necessary.

Familiarity with referral databases including Navihealth and Allscripts.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess 1-2 years of prior experience in a long-term care setting or a closely related field. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others are essential. Mandarin/Cantonese speaking is a plus.
