Busy, modern, high-end, multi-specialty dental office with two locations in Manhattan (Midtown and Tribeca) looking to add a Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, and a team player. Candidate must have experience in the dental field.

• Minimum 2-year dental office experience.
• Familiar with Dentrix Enterprise or regular Dentrix functionalities, including financial ledger, treatment planning, insurance billing and coding, clinical charting, office resource setup and appointment schedule management.
• Strong knowledge of multi specialty large dental group operations and procedures, including billing, coding, PPO and HMO insurance plans.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Prior experience working as a treatment coordinator for prosthodontics or general restorative dentistry.
• Experience with one or more dental specialties such as oral surgery, endo, perio, or ortho is a plus.
• Computer literacy, proficient with basic applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Dentrix.
• Willing to take personal ownership of the practice by being a positive role model as a leader.
• Highly functioning and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor with patients, as well as with doctors and fellow team members.

Full-time. Saturdays and/or Sundays a must.

Mon - Thu: 9am - 7pm
Fri, Sat & Sun: 9am - 6pm
Once a schedule is mutually agreed on, it is expected to be consistent.
