We are looking for an experienced detail‑oriented Dental Receptionist to become a valuable member of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care both in person and over the phone.

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and maintain the office calendar
• Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and courteously
• Train to learn commonly asked questions about dental procedures, insurance specifications and office policies
• Verify insurance eligibility for private dental plans
• Use Open Dental Software to maximize the doctor's schedule
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
• Hotel hospitality skills preferred

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory
• Hospitality and communication skills mandatory
• Organizational skills, multi‑tasking and learning on the job mandatory
• Warm and welcoming presentation, tone and etiquette a must
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team, lending a hand when needed for the benefit of our patients
