Orthodontic Assistant

We are looking for a personable, dependable, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about patient care, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. While prior experience is preferred, we are happy to provide training for a candidate with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Greet patients warmly and build rapport with excellent bedside manner.
• Perform clinical procedures, including: . Assisting with braces, Invisalign, retainers, X-rays, and record-taking.
• Communicate effectively with:
  Fellow assistants;
  Orthodontist;
  Treatment coordinator;
  Office manager;
  Front desk staff;
  Patients. (
  * Especially regarding patient care and flow*).
• Upload notes, photos, and scans in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and clean clinical areas according to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Help with general office cleaning duties.
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Experience in orthodontic or dental assisting.
• Comfortable working with orthodontic tools and procedures.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.

• 3–5 days per week and 1 Saturday per month.
• Willing to travel and assist at other office locations as needed.

• Full-time, Part-time.
• Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour.
