Dental Surgical Coordinator Little Grins Sedation Dentistry
We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Dental Surgical Coordinator to join our pediatric sedation dentistry practice.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (based on experience)
- Scheduling and coordinating patient surgical appointments
- Communicating with parents regarding procedures and instructions
- Coordinating with referral offices
- Coordinating logistics with surgery centers
- Managing paperwork, authorizations, and follow-ups
- Assisting front desk and clinical teams as needed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dental or medical coordinating role
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Positive team‑player attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
