About Kidco

Kidco is a pediatric dental organization focused on providing excellent care for children and families.

We are looking for an experienced manager who understands both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics , knows dental billing inside and out, and can manage multiple offices.

This is not an entry-level management position.

What You'll Do
  • Manage daily operations across assigned Brooklyn locations
  • Travel between offices alongside the doctor as needed
  • Lead, train, and hold office employees accountable
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment flow, and office productivity
  • Oversee pediatric dental and orthodontic insurance billing
  • Supervise Medicaid and commercial insurance claims, denials, appeals, and collections
  • Manage insurance verification, authorizations, and outstanding accounts
  • Monitor production, collections, payroll, and operating expenses
  • Coordinate closely with pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and clinical teams
  • Resolve patient and parent concerns professionally
  • Review financial and operational reports
  • Improve office performance, patient experience, and profitability
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of pediatric dental office management experience
  • Strong, hands-on experience in pediatric dentistry
  • Working knowledge of orthodontic treatment and office operations
  • Excellent understanding of dental insurance billing and collections
  • Experience with Medicaid and commercial dental insurance

Experience managing employees, schedules, and office performance
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Comfortable working directly with doctors
  • Ability to travel between Brooklyn offices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with dental practice management software
  • Candidates must have real dental management experience. General office management or front desk experience alone is not sufficient.
Work Location & Schedule
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Travel between pediatric office locations required
  • Work directly with the doctor across assigned locations
  • Schedule based on office operations, including some Saturdays when required
  • This is not a remote or hybrid position.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not simply manage an office.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to take on greater operational responsibility, oversee additional locations, and advance into senior leadership.

Exceptional long-term performers may be considered for future partnership opportunities, subject to business needs, demonstrated performance, eligibility, and a separate written agreement.

We value leaders who understand the business of dentistry, improve results, build strong teams, and take ownership of performance.
