A full-service veterinary hospital in Saugerties, NY is seeking an experienced Medical Director ready to take the next step into practice ownership. This role offers a unique opportunity to co-own a practice (buy-in starting at $20K, up to 49% ownership) with full clinical autonomy and operational supportso you can focus on what matters most: exceptional patient care.
The Role:- Lead a clinical team and set medical standards
- Mentor veterinarians and support staff
- Oversee daily operations and client experience
- Collaborate on hiring, budgeting, and scheduling
- Use telehealth tools and client engagement technology
- Sign-On Bonus up to $50,000
- Relocation Assistance
- Flexible Co-Ownership Options (549%)
- Semi-annual profit distributions
- Support with HR, marketing, finance & training
- Emphasis on preventive care and low-stress handling
- DVM or equivalent with active state license
- 45+ years of clinical experience
